README.md

A starter template for building a persistent, compounding workspace with Claude Code.

Why This Exists

Most people use AI assistants as stateless tools — every conversation starts from zero. This workspace flips that: it gives Claude a structured memory of who you are, what you're working on, and what you've learned together. Each session builds on the last.

The template is deliberately minimal. It's a starting point — a set of conventions and commands that you fill with your own context and extend with your own workflows. Clone it, make it yours, and let it grow with you.

How it works
  • **CLAUDE.md** tells Claude how the workspace is structured. It's loaded automatically at every session start.
  • **context/** holds five markdown files that describe who you are, your organization, your priorities, your current state, and this week's tasks. Claude reads these to understand your world and helps you keep them current.
  • Commands (/prime, /wrap, /setup, etc.) handle the session lifecycle — loading context, capturing learnings, syncing tasks.
  • **plans/, outputs/, projects/** are where the work lives. Plans, deliverables, project notes — indexed and easy to find.
