This repo is a fork of santifer/career-ops. The original system by Santiago is a fully-working end-to-end job search agent that he used to evaluate 740+ offers and land his Head of Applied AI role. This fork introduces a staged, cost-optimized discovery pipeline (scan → Haiku triage → Sonnet customize), a deterministic local CV renderer, a shared location-matching library, and a slimmer _shared / _eval mode split. Both systems produce tailored CVs end-to-end; this fork optimizes for running at higher volume at lower cost per offer.

Attribution notes. The Discord invite, upstream author contact links, banner image, and demo GIF below all point at the original project by santifer — credit belongs with the original work. This README inherits santifer's formatting and structure; it's been rewritten only where the fork's behavior diverges from upstream.
