In its own words
This repo is a product management operating system I built for ShayrdAir, an outdoor adventure marketplace. It showcases how I use AI tools to do the work of a full product and engineering team: structured decision-making, technical architecture, multi-perspective review, and AI-orchestrated development.
The Team
ShayrdAir is built by two:
Tim Donovan — Product lead. Drives strategy.
Sully — AI engineering partner. Runs 24/7 via OpenClaw, powered by Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.6 model. Sully handles software engineering, architecture design, code review, repo management, technical research, and strategic analysis. Tim and Sully communicate through the team's chat server, where Sully is always available.
This isn't a human asking ChatGPT for code snippets. Sully has persistent memory across sessions, maintains its own project context (AGENTS.md), reads and writes to the same GitHub repo, pushes commits, creates branches, and makes architectural recommendations grounded in the full project history. It's a working partnership where Tim makes the product decisions and Sully executes the engineering.
How the AI Team Works
The development setup uses two AI systems collaborating on the same codebase:
