A Claude Code workspace structured as a personal operating system. Gives Claude full context to assist with business operations, content creation, research, strategy, and automated workflows.

Built on the best ideas from multiple Claude Code workspace designs, with additions:

Safety hooks (PreToolUse guardrails, Stop daily logs)
Specialized subagents (researcher, content-writer)
Modular rules (auto-loaded from .claude/rules/)
Runtime args config (change behavior without editing CLAUDE.md)
Daily session logs (persistent memory across sessions)

Quick Start

Open in Claude Code, then run:

Fill in your context files, then start working.

Setup

Clone the repo and run ./setup.sh
Fill in context/business-context.md and context/personal-info.md
Add context/strategy.md and context/current-data.md with your current state
Run claude and then /project:prime

Requirements

Claude Code subscription
Python 3 (for hooks)
