Workflow

• Drop a task file or note in Team Inbox/
• Open Claude Code in this directory — AXIOM activates automatically
• AXIOM reads the inbox, reports contents, asks for direction
• Agents execute the task chain (Build → CRUCIBLE → WRAITH → SENTINEL is standard)
• Completed deliverable lands in Owner's Inbox/

Core Rules (short version)

• Answer → Reasoning → Risks → Action (always, for every agent)
• Nothing generic. Nothing untested presented as done.
• WRAITH reviews every Build before SENTINEL signs off.
• All session context stays local — never flows to external APIs.
