Built for Claude Code
ships .claude CLAUDE.md and nothing for other agents.
In its own words
Safety gates, memory index, tool priority, and starter commands.
Reusable Claude Code workspace skeleton for service businesses. Bootstraps a new business's operating system with safety gates, memory index, changelog, error log, tool-priority rules, and a starter set of slash commands.
Install a new business OS
The installer prompts for:
- Business name, owner name, contact info
- CRM, payment, and accounting systems
- Voice style, staff roster
- Mac username (for settings.json paths)
It copies the skeleton to your target path, substitutes every {{PLACEHOLDER}}, initializes git, and seeds the system changelog.
First Claude session
Read CLAUDE.md, .claude/rules/*, and memory/MEMORY.md. Then interview me for anything still marked TODO: knowledge files to create (Tier 1/2/3), tool priority specifics for my CRM, and the first 3-5 custom commands this business needs. Write answers into the seeded files. Log each edit to memory/system-changelog.md.
What you still need to add per business
The skeleton provides structure. You provide content:
- **
.mcp.json** — which MCP servers this business uses (CRM, payment, accounting, scheduling) - **
.env** — API credentials (gitignored) - **
memory/knowledge/*.md** — Tier 1 and Tier 2 knowledge files - **
scripts/automation/sync.py** — CRM sync that writes tooutput/withsync-meta.json - Custom commands — beyond the 4 starter commands, whatever recurring workflows this business has
