llm-wiki

A reusable scaffold for the LLM Wiki pattern: an LLM incrementally builds and maintains a persistent Markdown wiki instead of re-reading raw sources on every question. Knowledge is compiled once and kept current, so cross-references compound over time. (Pattern by Andrej Karpathy — )

Operations

• Ingest — /ingest sources/ or /ingest : read a source and

update the relevant pages, the index, and the log.

• Query — just ask. The wiki-query skill answers from wiki pages with

citations and can file valuable answers back.

• Lint — /lint: report contradictions, stale claims, orphans, and broken

links; propose fixes.

Verify

Confirms every wiki link resolves and index.md lists every topic page.

Obsidian (optional)

Open the wiki/ folder as an Obsidian vault. Standard Markdown links resolve in the graph and backlinks panels — no [[wikilink]] syntax required.

Starting your own wiki

This repo ships a seed sample (the LLM Wiki pattern itself) to demonstrate structure. To start a real wiki, delete the sample and reset the navigation:
