Built for Claude Code
ships .claude CLAUDE.md and nothing for other agents.
In its own words
Run /prime for guided first-time setup.
A structured Claude Code workspace for running your work — and your business — across sessions. Spin up a fresh Claude Code session, run /prime, and Claude loads everything it needs to act as a context-aware partner: your role, your strategy, your priorities, plus an AI advisory board tailored to you.
Built for solo operators and small teams who think in ideas faster than they can track them, and who want senior-level counsel on tap without a real boardroom.
Quick start
- Get the template — clone it, or use it as a GitHub template:
- Open Claude Code pointed at the folder.
- **Run
/prime.** On the first run it walks you through a short, conversational setup — who you are, what the business does, your priorities, and which advisors you want active. It writes your context files for you and then loads them. - Work. Every session after that, just run
/primeto load context, then talk to Claude or use the commands below.
That's it. No config files to hand-edit unless you want to.
What's inside
AI advisory board
**/boardroom — AI advisory boards.** Convene expert personas (operators, investors, strategists, builders) to stress-test a decision. The value is the disagreement between them, not a tidy consensus.
Skills
boardroom, mcp-integration (connect external tools/services), and skill-creator (build your own skills). Claude discovers these automatically.
