At the start of every session:

Documents in canon/ are read-only. Do not modify them.

This repository contains the source of truth for all operations of {{COMPANY_NAME}}.

Configuration

Level 1 = agents request permission for every action. Level 10 = full autonomy.

One rule that orders everything

The canon is not questioned in daily work. It is consulted. If daily work reveals that the canon is wrong, the discrepancy is documented and an explicit decision is made. Changing the canon is a major act that requires consensus.
