An evidence-first operating system for planning, researching, and managing a master's thesis. It keeps current state, source quality, thesis direction, contacts, meetings, decisions, and deliverables understandable to both humans and AI assistants.

The starter is intentionally generic: it contains no personal CRM data, correspondence, credentials, source PDFs, or private research material.

Create a workspace

Clone this repository, then run:

The target must be new or empty. The initializer refuses to overwrite a non-empty directory.

Then validate the new workspace:

Open TUTORIAL.md in the generated workspace for the complete setup path, including the optional Notion system.

What is included
