Built for agents
ships .agents and nothing for other agents.
In its own words
A clean, content-free scaffold for building an LLM-maintained knowledge wiki in Obsidian (or any markdown editor). You add sources; an AI agent compiles them into short, interlinked, source-traceable notes, and deterministic Python tooling keeps everything consistent.
This is the structure only — no notes, no sources. Bring your own content.
The idea
Separate captured source material from compiled, reusable knowledge:
- Raw sources (
Raw/Sources/) — what you collected. Immutable evidence. - Wiki (
Wiki/) — short, linked notes the agent compiles from sources. Every claim
traces back to a source.
- Schema (
AGENTS.md,Schema/,_templates/,.agents/skills/) — the contract that
tells an agent how to ingest, query, lint, and maintain the wiki.
Tooling (scripts/wikitool.py, stdlib only)
Install the commit gate (runs build → lint → source-lint → audit on every commit):
Daily notes (optional)
Daily Notes/ + _templates/daily-note.md set up a skip-aware daily journal: each new note auto-links to the most recent previous one. Requires the Templater community plugin with "Trigger Templater on new file creation" enabled (see .obsidian/community-plugins.json).
Quick start
- Clone, open the folder as an Obsidian vault.
git init && bash scripts/install_hooks.sh- Drop a source into
Raw/Sources/, then ask your agent (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to
"read AGENTS.md and ingest the new source."
