What It Does

Career-Ops turns Codex into a job-search command center:

• evaluate jobs with a structured A-F framework
• generate tailored ATS-friendly CV PDFs
• scan job portals and build a pipeline
• batch-process multiple openings with codex exec
• draft application answers and outreach
• track every role in a single source of truth

This is a quality filter, not a spray-and-pray system. The default posture is to help the user focus on the small set of roles that are genuinely worth applying to.

Quick Start

Then ask Codex to adapt the workspace to you:

• "update my profile from this CV"
• "retarget the archetypes to AI engineer and research engineer roles"
• "add these companies to portals.yml"
• "scan for current AI engineer roles"

Resume Build Paths

The repo now supports two LaTeX-based resume flows that preserve the exact visual format from main.tex:

• main.tex - direct source-of-truth LaTeX resume
• resume-data/default.json - data-driven resume content rendered into the same LaTeX structure
