Quick start

3. Run the setup wizard

The wizard asks one question at a time and writes all config files. You'll be ready to build in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

• Claude Code (CLI, desktop app, or IDE extension)
• Git
• Your application repos cloned as siblings to this workspace repo

Optional (but recommended):

• actionlint — for the GitHub Actions validation hook
• gh CLI — for automated PR creation in /implement and /fix
• Jira access — for /fix ticket integration

Key design principles

Test first. Karate tests are written before backend implementation. They define the API contract. Backend-dev must make them pass without modifying the tests.

Fresh agent per task. Each task gets a new agent with exactly the context it needs — no accumulated stale context between tasks.
