What This Is

An open-source framework and execution toolkit for building AI-powered GTM systems in Claude Code. It is the operating layer behind the gtm.science methodology (DECODE → SHAPE → AMPLIFY → EVOLVE): your go-to-market, treated like a product — versioned, inheritable, readable by every tool in your stack.

This is not a prompt library. It is a structured system with four layers:

• A knowledge foundation -- a master knowledgebase that captures your positioning, ICP, personas, voice, and competitive landscape in one source of truth.
• A modular context architecture -- derived files scoped from the master doc, each consumed by specific agents. No agent loads more than it needs.
• A buyer-facing messaging canvas -- a 9-file narrative (one-liner + 8 sales-pitch parts) with machine-readable frontmatter, so software can render and edit it via pull request.
• Executable skills -- Claude Code skills that run real GTM workflows: building the messaging canvas, extracting customer intelligence from calls, producing research-backed content briefs, and publishing SEO articles through a multi-stage pipeline with human review gates.
