This repo is your personal operating system for Claude Cowork. Every time you open Cowork and point it at this folder, Claude loads your context and is ready to:

• Start your day with a prioritized sales briefing
• Prep you for any meeting (especially external / prospect calls)
• Write prospect-facing recap emails after meetings
• Run MEDDPICC analysis on your deals
• Give you deal status updates and flag what you're missing
• Do your weekly pipeline review

Quick Start

1. Use this template

Click Use this template to create your own private copy of this repo.

2. Fill in your second-brain files

These are the files Claude reads to understand your world. Complete them once, update as things change.

3. Create an account file for each active deal

Copy accounts/TEMPLATE-account.md → rename to accounts/[company-name].md → fill it in.

4. Open Claude Cowork and select this folder

From here, just talk to Claude using the trigger phrases below.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of This

Keep your deals.md current. Claude references this every morning to build your briefing. If a deal moves, update it.
