A cloneable Claude Code workspace that bootstraps new application projects.

What it is

A template repo. Clone it per new app. Inside, Claude Code is pre-configured with the plugins, skills, rules, and hooks needed to take you from idea or Jira ticket to shipped code.

The development methodology is driven by the superpowers plugin (brainstorm, plan, TDD, review). This template adds the thin layer around it: requirements intake, day-1 stack scaffolding, and stack-specific quality hooks.

Who it's for

Solo developers or small teams using Claude Code as the primary collaborator. You already have opinions about TDD and code review. You want those opinions enforced automatically without configuring a new project from scratch every time.

• **stack-scaffolder** custom skill for day-1 setup.
• Hooks in .claude/settings.json for auto-format, ccusage logging, and ticket preflight.
• Rules in .claude/rules/ for communication style, engineering style, and git workflow.
• **Empty frontend/ and backend/ slots.** Populated by the scaffolder on day 1. No stack is hardcoded.
• **requirements/ intake flow.** Two entry paths: /prd for loose ideas, /ticket for Jira.
• **decisions/log.md** for append-only decision history.
