Forked and adapted from santifer/career-ops. All pipeline logic, scoring modes, and skill structure are preserved — only the AI layer has been swapped from Claude to Perplexity.

Generate an API key
Add to .env: PERPLEXITY_API_KEY=pplx-...

Your Perplexity subscription covers API usage up to its tier limits.

Key Files to Customize

**Never edit modes/_shared.md for personal customization** — it's a system file.

Upstream Sync

This fork tracks santifer/career-ops. Mode files (modes/) and utility scripts (*.mjs) can be updated from upstream. User data files (cv.md, config/profile.yml, modes/_profile.md, data/*) are never overwritten.
