Install
The installer copies agents, skills, and rules to ~/.claude/, updates your global CLAUDE.md, and cleans up static team config from settings.json. Your existing config is backed up.
Per-Project Setup
In any project directory:
This creates tickets/, research/, templates, and a project-level CLAUDE.md with a Final Goal section.
Uninstall
Removes everything the installer added. Offers to restore from backup.
