UK Sovereign Services competitive-intelligence pipeline — multi-agent (Claude Code) research, verification, and reporting
Open gc-robotics/sovereign-radar → On the boundary of the four rules.
Built for Claude Code
ships .claude CLAUDE.md and nothing for other agents.
In its own words
A multi-agent competitive-intelligence pipeline that maps what Accenture's UK competitors are doing in the Sovereign services sector — and turns it into a Markdown report, a PowerPoint deck, and an interactive HTML SPA for SharePoint.
Sovereign Radar discovers the organisations that compete with Accenture in the UK, filters them down to those active in Sovereign services (central government, defence, national security, policing & justice, health, local government, critical national infrastructure), then — for each competitor — researches everything they have been doing in that space and produces an accurate, fully-sourced, dated timeline of facts / events / activities / news across three rolling windows: the past 1 month, 12 months, and 24 months. Every single item is tied to a specific day (or, at worst, a specific month) and carries a link to its source.
What it produces

All three are generated deterministically from structured state — no LLM tokens are spent rendering them. See Design principles.
How it works (at a glance)
The nine stages, their contracts, and resume behaviour are documented in docs/PIPELINE.md. The agents live in .claude/agents/.
Two design choices worth calling out up front
- Deterministic wherever possible. Anything that does not require
