In its own words

README.mdGabrielNarvadez/claude-workspace-template

A workspace setup for Claude Code designed for ops, agency, and consulting work — managing multiple workspaces (internal projects, clients) with structured task tracking, meeting transcripts, voice-matched replies, and persistent memory.

What you get

Slash commands (drafted to match how you actually work)

  • /task — create a documented SOP-style task file and add it to the workspace + master TODO
  • /transcript — process a meeting transcript: summary + action items + filed transcript + TODO update
  • /reply — draft a channel-appropriate reply using your VOICE.md and TEAM.md
  • workspaces/ / — one folder per workspace (internal team, client roster, etc.)
  • CLAUDE.md, OVERVIEW.md, TEAM.md, VOICE.md, LOG.md, TODO.md per workspace
  • tasks/, transcripts/, projects/ / subfolders
  • Three-TODO system: master workspaces/TODO.md → workspace TODO.md → individual task files

Shell launchers — zsh functions that auto-cd into a project folder and smart-open it (Vite dev server, HTML preview, or VS Code).

Memory system templates — the memory/ folder structure Claude Code uses for persistent context across sessions.
