From meeting transcript → knowledge → code → conflict detection → reports → recurring-issue detection, all in one loop: a per-project second brain starter template.

Zero dependencies. No API keys, no embeddings, no Python scripts. It runs on pure Markdown plus rules and commands for AI coding agents. Open the knowledge/ folder in Obsidian and you can see how your knowledge connects in graph view.

3 core triggers — plain language is enough, no slash needed: capture (save it → meetings / docs / issues / lessons) · recall (pull the context brief) · maintain (tidy the vault). The 9 original commands still work as aliases (12 total).

⚡ Quick start

Option A — Install into an existing project (npx, 30 seconds)

For reproducible installs, pin a reviewed tag or commit (...# ) instead of the mutable default branch.

Run it from the root of the project you want to install into. It analyzes your project first, shows you exactly which files will be newly installed, updated, or left alone, and proceeds only after a y/n confirmation.
