careerforge is a fork of career-ops by Santiago Fernandez de Valderrama, used and extended under the MIT licence. The original copyright is retained in LICENSE. Upstream fixes are pulled in deliberately (git fetch upstream), never automatically, because this fork has diverged. Bugs and feature requests for this fork belong here, not upstream.

I spent months applying to jobs the hard way. So I engineered the system I wish I had. Companies use AI to filter candidates. I just gave candidates AI to choose companies. Now it's open source.
