In its own words

README.mdclqude66/claude-workspace-template

A structured Claude Code workspace for a hosting, marketing, and communication agency. Clone and adapt this template to bootstrap a consistent, auditable Claude environment for client work.

Quick Start

  • Clone the repository and open it in Claude Code.
  • Review .claude/CLAUDE.md — this is loaded automatically at session start.
  • Populate context/documents/ with your client briefs and tone guides.
  • Run your first workflow: /analyze, /review, or /deploy.

Guardrails

All client-facing output is filtered through three guardrails (applied in order):

  • hallucination — no fabricated or estimated metrics
  • consistency — tone and branding per client profile
  • jailbreak — adversarial prompt protections

See guardrails/ for the full rule definitions.

Adding a New Client

  • Create context/documents/ _tone-guide.md and _targets.md.
  • Add a project skill in skills/project/ /SKILL.md if custom reporting logic is needed.
  • Generate embeddings: context/embeddings/ /.
  • Register any new MCP connectors in mcp/servers.json.

Contributing

Follow the commit convention defined in .claude/CLAUDE.md:

Run evals (evals/) before merging changes to system prompts, skills, or guardrails.
