A ready-to-use Claude Code workspace template for WellSky Product Managers. Includes the full PRD pipeline, document templates, and team tooling configuration.

Prerequisites

• Claude Code installed
• Access to mediwareinc/wellsky-claude-code-plugins GitHub repo (for the PRD pipeline)
• WellSky Jira access (project key and team name)
• Confluence space for your product
• Figma project (optional but recommended)

Quick Start

3. Find and replace placeholders

Open CLAUDE.md and replace all [PLACEHOLDER] values. The Setup Checklist at the top of the file lists every placeholder with a description.

4. Populate your product context

Fill in the template files in products/[your-product-slug]/:

• PERSONAS.md -- Define 3+ personas with workflows, pain points, JTBD statements, and metrics
• PRODUCT-CONTEXT.md -- Product overview, market context, features, strategy
• CODEBASE-FINDINGS.md -- Technical architecture (populate as you explore the codebase)

5. (Optional) Clone your codebase repos

If your team has code repositories for read-only reference:

Uncomment the codebase section in CLAUDE.md and add your repo details.

6. Start using it
