README.md

Fork of the upstream academic workflow. This repo is a fork of pedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflow by Pedro H. C. Sant'Anna. It is reworked to run in Cursor with .cursor/ rules, skills, and agents, and to work with whatever chat model you select in Cursor (any provider/model Cursor supports for Agent — not tied to a single vendor CLI). For full user guidance, the long-form walkthrough, and the Claude Code–oriented upstream docs, start from the original repository and Pedro’s published guide site; this fork keeps the LaTeX / Quarto / R / quality_reports machinery aligned but documents Cursor-first workflows here (README.md, AGENTS.md). See CHANGELOG.md for changes on this branch.
