In its own words

README.mdaz9713/career-ops-negotiation

This is a fork of github.com/santifer/career-ops — the original AI job search pipeline built by Santiago Ferrer.

This fork adds two things on top of the upstream repo: 1. Comprehensive onboarding documentation — 22 new docs covering every concept, mode, and configuration option. See docs/index.md. 2. Offer negotiation mode — a new /career-ops negotiate command that benchmarks your offer against market data, drafts counter-offer messages, analyzes your leverage (BATNA), and recommends Accept / Counter / Decline. See how it works.

The original system code, modes, and scoring logic are unchanged. You can use this fork as a drop-in replacement for the upstream repo.

I spent months applying to jobs the hard way. So I engineered the system I wish I had. Companies use AI to filter candidates. I gave candidates AI to choose companies. Now it's open source.
