This is an adapted, anonymized fork of an open-source job-search pipeline. It comes pre-configured with a Russian-speaking PM/PO workflow as a starting point and is meant to be customized by Claude itself to match whoever uses it.

Distributed under MIT — see LICENSE for the upstream copyright. This fork strips personal data, retunes the defaults for the RU market, and adds a few utilities (web dashboard, Yandex publishing, IMAP sender, response tracker, RU CV template).

What it does

Career-ops turns Claude Code into a job-search command center. Instead of tracking applications in a spreadsheet, you get an AI-powered pipeline that:

• Evaluates offers with a structured A–F scoring system (10 weighted dimensions)
• Generates tailored PDFs — ATS-optimized CVs customized per job description
• Scans portals automatically (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, company pages)
• Processes in batch — evaluate many offers in parallel with sub-agents
• Tracks everything in a single source of truth with integrity checks

NOT a spray-and-pray tool. The whole point is to apply only where there's a real match. The scoring system helps you focus on high-fit opportunities. Always review before submitting.
