What this is

This is the AIM agent workspace — the central working environment for building, managing, and deploying AIM's bespoke agentic AI workflows. It contains the company's multi-agent orchestration system, marketing website, business development outputs, sales assets, and all skills and reference knowledge the agents use to operate.

AIM is an agentic automation company. It designs, builds, and deploys custom AI workflows for client organisations — not generic software, not tool recommendations. Every engagement produces a bespoke workflow deployed in the client's environment on a monthly subscription (MRR) model.

Current client pipeline

AMCO ATI — Egypt, first live deployment

Sister company. 8-person presales team. Workflow ingests RFPs → auto-generates technical offers, financial offers, and costing sheets. Status: blocked on Odoo ERP API key. Resolving this is the single most important task — ATI becomes the reference case that unlocks Egypt's referral network.

PROC Global — UK, warm prospect

Project management / commercial claims consultancy. Two demo assets ready:

• Claims Analyst Agent (claims-analyst-agent.jsx) — 6-phase pipeline from document upload to full legal claim draft (FIDIC Yellow Book 2017, £18.4M delay claim)
• Invoice Checker Agent — invoice validation against contract rates and variation orders
